Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Pointe Shoe Shellac. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@pointeshoeshellac.com and provide your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product.

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please note that shellac is classified as  a UN1263 which is the same classification as paint. This means that if you return this product it can only be shipped via surface transportation. "Surface transportation only," "Consumer Commidity" and "UN1263" must be clearly labeled on your return package.
